Selling Prices

Sales prices are made available through the quotation request that each customer sends. If Twinflat cannot maintain the indicated price, the customer will always be notified, having the right to cancel or refuse the order.

The prices sent already include VAT at the legal rate in force.

The images of the products are merely indicative, and the standard configuration of the product should always be confirmed if they are products with different configurations.

All products will be provided through your in-store pickup and payment will be made upon delivery.

After Sales Warranty and Service

All products marketed by twinflat are covered by guarantees against manufacturing defects in force in the European community.

Exchanges or returns are excluded for all products that have been improperly handled.

Right of withdrawal

Within 14 working days after receiving the order, the customer may withdraw from the purchase, having a period of 15 working days, always counting from the date of the respective receipt, to proceed with the return of the products in their original packaging.

The customer will be refunded within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the return.
